Workshops Are HERE!!!!
The Professional Development Workshops are scheduled for 2010.
We
pleased to announce that the Chapter will again host PDWs for 2010.
A
series of
workshops are being planned again between March and July of 2008.
These workshops are taught by HR professionals from the NCCIPMA
Chapter with many years of practical experience for teaching the
basic HR principles in subject areas of recruitment and examination,
classification and compensation, benefits and labor relations. This
year’s program will have workshops being held at locations around

NCCIPMA-HR's Professional Development Workshops
have been used by agencies throughout the state to ensure the

CLASSIFICATION & COMPENSATION ** NOTE: 8:00 am start time ** Class Description: Classification is the cornerstone for personnel activities that involves recruiting, compensation, employee training, and performance management and evaluation. This workshop introduces the art and science of classification, including legal, practical, and philosophical issues.
